I began my career as a State Farm team member and spent five years learning the business before opening my own agency, which gave me a strong foundation for building a successful and supportive team.I’m a graduate of Northern Arizona University and fun fact, I'm an identical twin. I’m also happily married and the proud parent of three wonderful children. Family is a huge part of my life and influences the culture we’ve built within our office.Our agency is very involved with local schools in the community. Every Friday, our office provides donuts for students, and we support and adopt school classes during Christmas. We also help with school field trips and participate in many school activities throughout the year.For our team, we offer a four-day work week, flexible scheduling, team events, free snacks in the office, a 401(k), health benefits, and licensing paid up front.Our culture is very team-first, with a sports-style approach to goals and teamwork. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
  • Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
  • Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
  • Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
