"2, 4, 6, 8 Who do I appreciate? ASH-LEY! ASH-LEY! ASH-LEY!! I was with Ashley at another office and when she moved I moved. She has always been patient with my scatterbrain and lord knows she has had to work with me!!!! Some days - you ladies know what I am talking about!!! I appreciate her more than she knows. She is always true to her word when she says she is going to call you back, she always does. She will follows up just to let you know she is still working and looking into your file. She feels like family. She is sweet, knowledgeable, and works hard to help us keep our insurance affordable. She has always gone above and beyond for us. All the people in this office are very professional and kind. The office is quaint. Where ever she goes so will we!! So this is my cheer for Ashley to keep up the hard work. "I would say go to different office I sold my car and called them and they said I need to pay another month And its only after I told them I always has been paying month ahead they put me on hold to have a long conversation lol And the lady Kelly was acting weird about it Before they sold me ‘added windshield protection’ for extra charge and saying deductible Is only 100 and when I tried to redeem it they said I have $500 deductible, then why charging me extra? Why would I get a $500 deductible policy when my windshield is $450 top? Im glad Im out but when I need another one Im at least going with different office."

"I am extremely disappointed by my 1st experience with State Farm Insurance after moving companies for the first time in 10 years. I worked with Nick and Matt and had a terrible experience. My husband was given a check to cash for him "overpaying" on his insurance for the past months ( from what we were told). We called Nick's office to confirm we could cash this check, they said yes this money was all ours. Months later, they said they need the money back and it was a "clerical" error. ( this was around ($600) We then asked for support from Nick, and he had another person handle it, after telling me he personally would look into this. Then we were told countlessly they "couldn't help" and I finally went over the agents head to corporate and they worked with us to cut the bill in half. We now are with Kreg Kell agency and they have been so much better. End of the day, Nick was not helpful or empathetic about his branch's error, and was not willing to work with us. They provided my husband and I with inadequate customer service, and we are so glad we switched and are having a 100% better experience. I would recommend do not work with this branch, unless you want to be seriously disappointed."
