"I have been with state farm for 20+ years between 2 agents transferred to Nick from another agent years ago. I haven't had any issues until very recently. Issue 1 I had to make a claim on one of my vehicles and after making the claim was essentially ghosted until I went into the office. The second I was adding my son and was told one price and then a month later it was almost double. While adding him I went into the office and signed everything then was sent a text they needed something signed and to call them. I had already signed the document when in the office and once I told them that they found the signed document. This is slightly terrifying as insurance agencies have a lot of information that should be protected and not mishandled. The only reason this is 3 stars instead of 1 is because of the long history of no issues but the recent issues need to be addressed."

"I've been with State Farm, Nick Fransioli, Agent, for many years. Most without incident. However, l purchased a newer vehicle on Jan 1, 2025. I called State Farm to get a quote and was pleased with it. I was charged $60 more a month for the next 5 months. I called to get to the bottom of it but rec'd conflicting info from Nick and his staff. Nick told me I had to pay a full month of insurance on the new car even tho it was purchased on the 13th because "that's the way it is." There's more to this but I decided to go elsewhere as a result of 3 weeks of stress trying to resolve this issue particularly, Nick Fransioli's practice of giving wrong information and he and many of his staff treating me like I and my business don't matter. I stood my ground as should you."

"This office is absolutely fantastic to do any type of insurance with. They make the process of obtaining auto and home insurance very easy and the ladies that helped me were there with me start to end. Whether you need a quote or you need to update your coverage these girls are on top of it. "If I could give State Farm 0 stars, I absolutely would. If you have any problems at all due to THEIR negligence, do not expect anything in return. This companies customer service is absolutely useless. I have been in a dispute with them for 7 months and have had to contact them every single time I needed to talk to someone, despite being told I would hear back from them soon. The company was unable to find a bill for my insurance so denied our payment month after month with no more than a "i dont know" as explenation. Then all of a sudden say we owe them 1400 dollars all at once because THEIR billing was not working. No one at this company cares about returning calls or getting information to the customer. 10/10 do not recommend putting your faith into this insurance agency. State farm is not "like a good neighbor". State farm is like the crack head neighbor that has no idea what is going on. It's disappointing that this agency let me down so much, considering I really enjoyed everything about them up until this. But I feel like I was done dirty. I'm not mad, I'm disappointed."

"We recently switched all of our insurance needs to State Farm and worked with Matt. He was extremely helpful as well as timely in his responses to me, and friendly as well! He was able to bundle all of our insurance needs and save us $2k every six months! From the time that I reached out to Matt, I got a quote the same day and the following day we completed everything that needed to be done to make the switch. He's gone above and beyond to explain what every single piece of policy meant, the advantages, disadvantages and was extremely patient with all the questions and hypotheticals I had. The man even stayed past his work time to make sure I was all set. I super appreciate you, Matt. He is the poster child of what true exemplary customer service is. As far as the drive safe - it's cool if the equipment works and reported for the discount... Otherwise, it's useless. It constantly glitches, causing frustration when you get the text to submit your odometer reading."

Expedient and polite service was given and all documents were sent immediately to me by email. Thanks for making this step of my move so easy! (Dec 23) Also added a new car Sep 24, and the service was just as great from James and Nick. Explained the auto coverage thoroughly and sent over documents by email. Thanks again."

"I reached out to my agent's office on a Friday afternoon at 4:45 on the eve of a 3 day weekend. Terhesa answered the phone, no press 1 for English, press 237 for a live person, and she was able to solve my issue by taking the extra steps necessary to help me.
