"Since switching to SF at Nicks office over a year ago it been nothing but inconsistent or wrong information, lack of communication is their STRONGEST suit, unable to return calls and explain why at renewal our payment went from $900-$1400.00, no explanation or answers why. Not know the business is bad business in my opinion and “blank stares” when asked insurance questions. Absolutely unprofessional and would not recommend this office or agent!!"

"I have had state farm for over 20yrs with the sane agent in Arizona but the 2 yrs we were in Colorado I've never been so disappointed with an agent's office. First we had set up our new GMC with them and apparently insurance was never established, then we ran into other issues like overcharging and of course double charging since February doesn't have 30 days. Now since getting back to Arizona I canceled the Colorado insurance...at least I thought...and everything but vehicle was canceled. Luckily my AZ agent noticed and reached put to Nick's office. Overall had we not moved back to AZ we would have tried another agent. We've never had so many problems and really it's administration issues."
